Visitors get to play with the toys of our Large Cats

02.01.2012
At the Zoo, visitors can see many different animals, and find out lots of interesting facts about their lives.  If you look around carefully, you will see many stands that are placed throughout the zoo grounds, with so-called additional exhibits.  A new and unusual additional exhibit has been opened for the curious visitors at the Tropical Cat House during the winter holidays.  Here you can not just find out why animals need toys, and which of the felines has the longest canine teeth, but you can also handle toys that our tigers and jaguars used to play with, and you`ll be able to appreciate the strength of these teeth by touching the scars they left with your own hands.  There are no «do not touch» signs near these exhibits, on the contrary, visitors are encouraged to handle and study them.
